doing, than to incur the reproach of our consciences”
Reflection: I think the quote means that doing the right
thing could be hard sometimes. But you still have to do it even though it hurts.
And if you don’t there will be consciences. So if you don’t want any problems
just do what’s right its essay. Like for example if you did something wrong
just stand up for what you did. Like don’t just sit there doing nothing do what’s
right. Even though you did wrong you could get something good out of it, like
if you stand up and say “yes I did it its wrong” yes you may get consciences
but it will help you later on in life by knowing to do what’s right.
