Duties and responsibilities:
Chiropractor treats patients by manually adjusting parts of
the human body, especially the spine. Chiropractor and their patients believe
that problems with bone and nerve alignment can cause illness and problems in
other parts of the body, a view not widely accepted by allopathic physicians
and other traditional medical practitioners.
Chiropractor manipulates their patients spiral columns for
treatment. They may prescribe specific diets or exercises, but not drugs.
Chiropractor cannot perform surgery.
Most chiropractor establish a private and some provide home
establish a private practice and some provide home treatments. Others from
group partnership in clinics or chiropractic hospitals.
Average Salary: $30,000-$100,000
